Can I book The Loft for a few hours for just an event?
The Loft has a two night minimum to book, so we unfortunately do not allow clients to book the space for stand alone events. We encourage our clients to consider that even if they do not wish to necessarily spend the night, our two night minimum does give them ample time to leisurely set up their event, as well as time to clean up after their event. This will give you and your guests time to fully enjoy your event, and not have the time constraints of a conventional booking at an event space.
How many bedrooms does The Loft have?
The Loft only contains one master suite on the top floor which has a king-sized bed. Additional sleeping options are downstairs with our guests having access to a queen-sized sleeper sofa as well as a queen-sized inflatable mattress.
How many bathrooms does The Loft have?
The Loft contains two and a half bathrooms. The master suite has a private full bathroom that contains a double shower and oversized jetted soaking tub. Additional guests have access to an additional full bathroom downstairs with a rainfall shower. There is also a small half bathroom on the top floor close to our private terrace.
What if we have more than six people staying?
While we can only accommodate six overnight guests, we do happen to be within walking distance to many other hotels in downtown Buffalo. We are directly across from The Hyatt, but many other amazing accommodations are nearby. Feel free to ask us for recommendations, and remember that your extra guests are welcome to come enjoy the amenities of The Loft with you during your stay.
Where do we park?
There is plenty of street parking around The Loft, as well as numerous parking ramps nearby. We would be happy to send you the addresses of the nearest ramps and lots to us. Please be mindful to follow the parking instructions and rules for payment to avoid tickets.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at The Loft.
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is not permitted in The Loft or on our private terrace.
How do we access The Loft?
Our entrance is located on Genesee Street. We are between the entrances for Fattey Beer Co and the restaurant Graylynn. Please note that accessing The Loft requires our guests to climb a large staircase to reach the main floor of The Loft as well as another staircase to reach the master suite.
